Cancellations and Changes
What you can do to your registration after making it, and on what terms.
Change the registration
AllowedMove to another course, swap extras or change team, without losing the entry.

Transfer to someone else
AllowedHand the entry to someone who did not register in time, instead of losing it.
How it works

The person receiving the entry creates a Stop and Go account, if they do not have one.

They register for this event as normal, without paying.

The current athlete enters that new registration code in their athlete area.

The organizer validates the transfer and the new registration is confirmed.

Cancel the registration
AllowedWithdraw from the race. How much comes back depends on when you cancel.

- How it comes back
- The refund is credit in the athlete wallet, to use on another registration. There is no refund to the payment method.
- Validation
- When there is something to give back, the organizer validates the cancellation before it takes effect.
Note from the organizer
No caso de lesão ou doença a organização que impossibilite a participação, a organização poderá avaliar a situação de forma excecional, sendo necessário o envio para [email protected] do pedido de cancelamento da inscrição com a apresentação de certificado médico válido. Estes pedidos excecionais serão aceites até 15 dias antes da realização do evento.
