The new Trail da Amizade route is a true ode to nature and adventure, with 50 km that cross some of the most stunning landscapes in the region. Participants will explore picturesque villages where tradition and simplicity still prevail, before venturing into deep valleys, such as the imposing Canyon of Poio in Serra de Sicó, where rock formations and wild vegetation create breathtaking scenery.
The route follows dense forests, where the tranquility of the environment is interrupted only by the sound of nature, providing a feeling of total immersion. In contrast, the open fields offer vast horizons, while the challenging drop in the mountains raises the adrenaline and promises unparalleled panoramic views. With a cumulative total of more than 2000 meters, this route is designed to test athletes' limits, rewarding them with a unique experience of natural beauty and personal overcoming.

TLA 32k
The 32 km route of the Trail da Amizade is a true immersion in the natural and cultural beauties of the region. This challenging route will take participants to the highest point of the Serra de Sicó, where the panoramic view rewards every effort with a landscape that stretches for kilometers, offering a privileged view of the vast surrounding plains.
Along the way, athletes will also pass through typical villages of the region, where the traditional architecture and tranquility of the environment provide moments of connection with local history and culture. Furthermore, the route includes sections on high hills, which offer breathtaking views, with horizons that seem to be lost in infinity. Every kilometer of this route is a celebration of nature and personal resilience, making the 32 km route an unforgettable experience for all participants.
